When to choose ceramic magnets?

Characteristics of Ceramic Magnets China Standards

Ceramic  magnets score the highest among the permanent magnet family in terms of performance-price ratio. In addition, the magnetic characteristics of ceramic  magnets meets the requirements of most applications. So unless your application has some unusual requirements, ceramic  magnets might be the perfect choice.

Please refer to the Table 1 & Table 2 for the magnetic characteristics of Ceramic  magnets. Besides these factors, you also need to consider the temperature of the working environment, and whether mechanical vibration or  shock exist, as well as the complexities of the part's geometrical shape.

If you need stronger magnets, you may need NdFeB or Samarium Cobalt Magnets. For higher working temperature, choose AlNiCo or Samarium Cobalt Magnets. If the magnet shapes are complicated, cast AlNiCo should be used.
